SCR Seminar 2008

Registration Information

Registration is open to all EGA members.

All seminar participants must be registered at the El Tropicano Hotel Riverwalk or pay a one-time $75.00 facilities usage fee.  Participants should contact the hotel directly to make reservations. 

Priority registration is available June 5-9, 2007 at the Houston 2007 Seminar. 

* Priority registration must be postmarked or in hand by Sunday, June 9, 2007.

* General registration is from June 10, 2007 through January 31, 2008, and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Space-Available registration is after January 31, 2008.

Payments: Full payment is due by January 31, 2008.  Registrants may pay in two installments (one half by November 15, 2007, and the second half by January 31, 2008). Payment should be made by check or money order to “SCR Seminar 2008”. 

Please include a business-sized stamped, self-addressed envelope with your registration. 

A separate invoice will be sent to you with your class assignment and total fees due. Registrations postmarked after January 31, 2008 must include full payment.

There will be no refunds after April 1, 2008.

Your fees include: four days of classes, four lunches, a spectacular banquet, entertainment, favors, tote bag, door prizes, and a rollicking good time – fiesta style!  Remember your seminar fee includes four full days of classes or studio time in any combination.
